“The overall stay was good at the house. The location was great and it was nice being able to fish and paddle board right outside the back. It was also nice being able to dock the boat there. The kitchen had everything we needed. The downstairs room had a musty/moldy smell and found several spiders. The main AC did not cool down the main house. The bedrooms were very warm and stayed at about 80 degrees during the day.”

“The stay was wonderful, the place was immaculate, my only concern was since it had rain a lot the only way in and out looked flooded. I'm glad it was not that deep,but the good thing that one day before we left, somehow streets clear and they weren't flooded anymore.”

“Front door dirty, rusty and needed paint. No smoke detectors. Refrigerator has rusted outside door on Freezer area. Holes in walls in the hallway. Vents are dirty and one dislodged. Downstairs room, musty smelling. Rotting boards on deck and side of house. Cracked tile in front of shower glass door. Shower head about to fall out of wall and awful applied connection to wall. Weather stripping on front door needed. Live roach on wall in front bathroom. Lamp shade in back bedroom torn. King size mattress needs to be replaced. Photos on website does not reflect current condition. We did enjoy the outside landscaping and the deck. The books and games were a surprise. TV's were great and with the selection of programing was good. Location was good. Good Neighbors.”
