“This house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. I was worried the living and dining space was going to be tight but I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook a meal, although it would be nice to have a glass baking dish we made due with the foil pans. The patio areas were very spacious and there was an abundance of outdoor seating. It rained a couple of days during our stay but the patio space directly out over the canal is covered so we were able to sit outside in the rain! The downstairs seating area was decorated with a true fishing theme and I loved the washer and dryer were in an enclosed room downstairs that had an air conditioner. We had a wonderful time and will certainly be using this house again. We had a family of 8 with 3 little kids and 2 teens.”

“The overall vacation was amazing! The house was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay minus beach towels. The location was perfect. The only downside to the property was that being so far from the canals that are closer to the open ocean, the fishing was a disappointment. With that said, as long as your goal is not to fish there you will have an excellent time.”

“We had a lot of fun at this house it was a little ways from the sea wall but we liked it. It was spring break week, very fun. My husband liked how he could fish right from the house and we took our grand kid's and all of our family. We love this place.”

“I absolutely loved this rental from the time we arrived until the time we departed. The departure was such bitter sweet, almost made going home a sad moment. The rental was very clean and homey, there was great fishing and the neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful, quiet and fun I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone. I will definitely be back myself!”

“The property was exactly as advertised, very clean upon arrival with all the needed necessities for a comfortable stay. The deck facing the canal is covered, great place to relax, take in the view and set your clocks to beach time. Kitchen was spacious and had all the needed utensils. Beds were comfortable, large dinning table to eat at or play cards. The over all feel of the house was very relaxing. The property management staff where all friendly and on point. The location is ideal, out of the city but still within minutes of many beach access points, shopping and food. The property owner called one morning after a storm had passed through the area to check on us, this is a great example of Excellent customer service. Myself and all of my six guests really enjoyed the stay and over all experience. I would highly recommend this rental. I'm already planning our next visit !!”

“We had a great stay, the home was nice and well maintained. We had several teenage boys who wanted to fish and kayak and the home was perfect for that. I liked the location as it was not in a crowded touristy area. Overall great stay, my only recommendation would be to have more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and dish soap, those are simply recommendations that had little negative impact on our overall great stay.”
