“A fantastic house with a great location. The house is beautiful with everything we needed. Such pretty fixtures and decor. All rooms are good size. It so nice that each room has its own bathroom. A three minute walk to the beach. We would be happy to stay here again.”

“Our family came to Galveston for my twin daughters' 16th birthday beach get away. The house is gorgeous and is a really great set-up for multiple couples since there are basically 3 master suites and a 6 bed bunk room with its own attached bathroom. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked, the front deck is very spacious and comes with a fantastic view of the ocean. The living area is also wonderful and you have a perfect ocean view from the front wall of glass. There is ample room to park vehicles and it is a nice, quiet street. The beach access is fairly close. I would recommend loading coolers/chairs/tents, etc. in a truck or vehicle and just driving the 1 block down the street to unload at the access area. The outdoor shower is also very handy. I like that this house has a lock box so you don't have to spend the extra driving to go to the Ryson office in town. I would have given this house a perfect rating except for the first en suite bedroom. It happened to be the one my husband and I slept in and we were extremely disappointed. The tub/shower was completely clogged so every time we showered we were standing in our own dirt and the tub almost overflowed after our beach day when some of the girls needed to use our bathroom since there were 6 girls in the bunk room with only 1 shower. Additionally, the ceiling fan in this room makes a horrible loud noise when it runs so if you are someone like me who needs a fan at night to sleep I hope you can tune it out! I hope they get this issue fixed before the next renter comes along. If so, this is a perfect house for a family get away.”

“We had a great time and were very pleased with the house! The kids loved the bunk beds since they didn’t have to share a bed with anyone! We have been leasing a house for 11 years now and this was everyone’s favorite house!”

“Very Clean home. Beautiful view. Very secluded place great for lovers! Ryson was great and made e everything easy for our stay. Only one suggestion: place a full Length mirror somewhere in the house.”
