“The home needs a few updates but overall a nice house. The back fence needed repair garages don’t open and are pretty old. New paint needed down stairs by light switches too. Most of the rooms had box fans which really came in handy! Beautiful living room and cozy couch. Master bath has awesome shower and tub. Close walk to the beach and we really enjoyed the swings on the deck. Pretty nice view of the ocean.”
