“The location and surroundings of this house are perfect. Lots of rooms for a big family, well equipped and a great floor plan. We especially enjoy all the outdoor swings. Only complaints this trip are the dishwasher needs to be replaced and the lights over the staircase wouldn't come on. Dishwasher leaks and often wouldn't start.”

“Need to fix the back door handle...its very loose. Clean the AC and return vents. Very dirty. Seen a few roaches in the bed rooms downstairs.”

“We enjoyed the stay at the Sea Pearl. There was a plumbing issue but someone came out to fix it pretty quickly. We had a reservation for a different home but due to sewage issues we were upgraded to a larger home for the vacation.”
