“House was pretty great! Our third time staying here. However they pushed check in time to 4pm and it used to be 3pm. 4:20pm came and the cleaning ladies were still there rushing to clean, I had to call to receive our code, while 3 excited little kids sat outside waiting and waiting. Overall the house was good, could probably use some TLC and spend more time cleaning. I’d give it 5 stars if they left a new kitchen sponge to clean with, better rugs at entry of doors, wood floors were peeling up in places. The new refrigerator and coffee pot were nice.”

“View is amazing! Weather was fabulous! Condo was very nice. Good location. We had no idea it was motorcycle rally weekend. It was a good time watching all motorcycles.”

“We were supposed to go in February for 3 nights but the snowstorm happened. We rescheduled for October for only 2 nights for the same price & made it this time… the Ryson staff were nice & very accommodating. The house had a very easy access to the beach, partial water view, nice neighborhood with beautiful houses but not the house we stayed at & it was very close to a freaky looking mobil home park. About the house, the house was old, furnitures were dated& dirty, sheets were old… floor was coming off in places, the small bathroom smelled like urine, ants on the floor, water leaked from the entry door during the rain, the inside stairs that gave u another access to the patio & parking area had no gate & very dangerous for kids..not at all worth the money we paid for 2 nights… needs a lot of improvement & a much better cleaning job!”

“The tv did not work, but the young man that was sent out fixed it in a timely manner. The refrigerator ice did not work. The master bathroom toilet developed a leak while we were there.”
