Several broken appliances, shower heads, shower curtains, etc. Damage from Hurricane Ida, September 2021 has not been repaired and the debris from the siding that was peeled off has not even been cleaned up.”

“We found out they had been treating for bed bugs from a neighbor and so we looked under the pillows and found several still there. We left immediately. They did give us a refund and apologized but it already ruined our plans completely and we had to pay high prices for a subrate hotel. I was disappointed that Ryson didn't divulge this information to us before our arrival. That is a health violation. When we were leaving two guys were bombing the place again with poison but that doesn't work. They are going to have to replace that old carpet and just start over with all new mattresses, linens and furniture if they really want to get rid of an infestation of Bed Bugs.”

“The home needed some maintenance and did not have many amenities. Only one set of towels per bathroom. Exterior needs paint and stain; interior was ok, but the blinds did not work properly.”
