“I had the worst experience ever!!! I had a little get together only to have the police come and put us out. We came from out of town and had to pack up in a hurry. The police said they had no problem with us that Vbro wanted us to leave cause we had to many cars there, come on you put us out because we had to many cars !!! We paid over 3000 dollars for this place. I'm really sorry for even renting out this place cause I never experienced nothing like what happened on Saturday night cause they came to us like we were criminals of some kind, we are all hard working people. We never got out of hand everyone was on the inside not bothering anyone and when I went out on the deck you can barely hear the music playing so I know for sure that wasn't a problem. They shouldn't rent out this place if quite time is at 10pm. Cause people rent this place to get away and have a nice time not for someone to tell you go to bed at 10pm. They need to advertise that the neighbors complain on you if it's after 10 We spend to much money for that.”

“The house was located in a great spot, on the inlet but a 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach. I'm not writing a bad review at all just an informative one for the owners and Guests who may want to stay here. The master bedroom was very large but no dressers or closet my wife and I lived out of our suitcases on the floor all week. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill to the other upstairs bedroom which was not an issue at all. The only issue is we had two bath towels and a total of six in the house all week with eleven Guests staying. We made management aware but nothing was done. The bed in the master was very uncomfortable and old. As a matter of fact from what everyone commentment all the beds were either just Ok or not comfortable. No toiletry items were left either, what ever the last people left we got. Not one extra roll of toilet paper or anything. The kitchen was a nice size and my wife was in her happy place cooking minus a few things. Not enough pots and pans and the toaster may have been older than me burining one side every time. The kitchen table is out of the 70's and was also uncomfortable as were the cheap bar stools. Moving out to the very large patio area we found to be a lack of chairs. the deck is massive and all that was there were two recliners and a black heavy iron table with eight chairs that were heavy to move out into the sun. There were also two cushioned chairs on one side of the deck when you could have fit 6 easily like we did with the heavy chairs. Along with that we had a house rule that know one was allowed to walk on the sun exsposed part of the deck with out shoes or flipflops. The condition of that part of the deck was dangerous and poorly maintained. We also noticed the deck would sway if six or eight of us were on it. Not really bad but enough for all of us to ask each other if it was swaying. the pool was nice just not heated which would have been a bonus. We were also not impressed with the small charcoal grill. Really, it's 2021 come on. All in all it was ok just not great or excellent. Seems like this property is owner absent. This could be an amazing property like all the ones around it. Just needs some TLC.”

“Other than a minor infestation issue in pantry/kitchen, my wife was in awe as to the beauty, cleanliness, layout, embellishments, space, location with respect to the scenery of properties surrounding us, comfort of beds and furniture, the available interior and exterior seating everywhere you looked, the spacious pool and parking areas, the list goes on and on. The price was rediculous but one gets what he pays for and we definitely thought it was well worth it after the first night. We hope you'll have us again as we plan to vacation there again next year.”

“The house is spacious and well stocked. A couple of the beds could use an upgrade, but we all slept well. My family enjoyed the pool, fishing from the deck and all the games on hand. We would definitely stay at this location again.”
