“Just had my 4th stay at this property and enjoyed it immensely as always. The house is clean and comfortable and just steps from the beach. The windows in the living area are awesome and the deck even has a covered section for the rare rainy day. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach feels absolutely private. I will be back to A Sunny Sandbar!”

“The location and view were amazing! And there was also ample space to accommodate everyone. However, given all of the cleaning check points and fees paid to ensure we received a clean place, we experienced missing kitchen appliance and sadly, lots of roaches. In addition, there were not enough blankets and hangers were no where to be found. Lastly, we made the reservation directly with Ryson representatives and there was no mention of lack of access to the pool, which is spotlighted in the pictures and amenities. Sadly, management would not even entertain a mild discount for their lack of honesty. The location was great for many reasons but management needs to do a better job of servicing and acknowledging their errors - definitely ask lots of questions before booking.”

The location was perfect...I loved the west end, I also loved being so close to the water, could hear the waves with the doors opened. Every thing was close enough that probably 20 minutes you could be anywhere. The community was extremely friendly, the locals loved sharing tips and advice. I personally can’t wait to go back.”
