“We stayed at the Sunny Sandbar for a week. When entering the home for the first time, we absolutely loved the cleanliness and look of the home. The floors were spotless. There were 4 of us and it had ample room to move around in. Loved the kitchen and dining area and the fact that it was all open space so you could have a conversation while cooking or sitting at the table. The bedrooms were all great. The view of the beach is wonderful and access to the beach is excellent. The only downfall for us, and it wasn't a huge deal, were the ants. We had little tan ants all over. The management were told and they were going to have an exterminator out to take care of it, however one of our group didn't want the pesticide put out while we were there, so we just got through it. The other thing we noticed was on of the bathrooms had a whole in the tub, and the shower curtain was moldy, again, we weren't upset by it. We just cleaned the curtain and moved on about our stay. I couldn't say more about the house, we really did love it and we will be back often.”

“Great house for family beach stay over July 4th holiday. Location and views of beach were awesome. House equipped with everything you need and plenty of space with a nice deck. No issues. Easy check-in and check-out.”

“This house was extremely nice and good location. We are planning our anniversary trip next year with all our kids and would definitely stay at a Ryson property again.”
