“The Enchanted Beachfront is a beautiful home! The house was fully stocked from the kitchen, to the beach toys. It has a nice big table to fit the whole family, a beautiful kitchen and the view was breathtaking. Our dogs enjoyed the closed in yard as well. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to get away to Galveston Island.”

“Loved the view and updated features, however, the house was not as clean as expected. Especially considering the active COVID pandemic, makes me wonder how good of a clean the house really got. Downstairs shower had a dirty diaper and beach toys on the ground. Cigarette buds were found around the patio deck. Dog hair was on a couple of the beds, dirty dishes in the cabinets, and soaps in bathrooms were basically empty. The back gate was difficult to shut and stay locked. Too small of garbage can for the kitchen, also was difficult to open. The communication on house entry could of been better as well. I would have not known to pick up the key at the office if I had not called prior double checking everything was completed on our end for paperwork / check-in. Originally I was told we had a remote check in. The house is far down Jamaica beach, this would have been a hassle to drive all the way back to the office.”

“This house is nicely furnished and in a very good location. If you like to cook, the kitchen is well stocked. The oven is a little tricky to figure out and will beep at you every time you get near it. We loved the fridge and want to buy the same kind. The master bedroom is HUGE which is nice, and there's a mini fridge which is a neat touch, but the bed is small. My wife and I are short people and we were definitely snug. The bunk bed room looks like it would be fun for kids. Unfortunately, our friends with kids couldn't make it. The walk to the beach is easy and if you get out there before 10am during the high season, you should be able to get a good spot. The grill is a "state park" grill so if you are a grill-master you may want to bring your own. Overall, this property is very good for the price and provided a relaxing stay for us and our friends. It's also pet friendly and our dog had a great time too. We would stay here again.”

“I give Enchanted Beachfront an excellent rating. The house was great! It was large, pretty, The view was every bit as good as on the website and having Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts all setup on the TV's were a nice touch. Some improvements I think should be made however: 1. I would suggest to have more than on e kitchen dishcloth and kitchen towel. 2. The kitchen cutlery was in rough shape - some of the knives were dirty and some of the handles were broken - please have the cutlery replaced. 3. The internet was buggy at best. I know Ryson can't do much about that but adding a support contact number to the welcome packet for trouble resolution would be helpful to guests. 4. The locks on the doors were extremely difficult to lock with the key. They should be addressed. 5. It would have been nice to have 1 extra roll of paper towels. 6. The light switch dimmers were complicated and there were a lot of them - maybe I'm being overly picky but they were a nuisance to get to understand. Aside from these small issues, We still had an excellent time and we'll be back. We enjoy staying with Ryson managed properties and recommend Ryson if anyone asks about our trip. We'll be back!”
