“Beautiful home on the bay. Looks just like it does in the pictures. No tacky nautical-themed decor, very basic and classic furnishings on the inside. Very spacious with great views from every window. Perfect location on the canal, easy to paddle board around bay from house. The kitchen equipment is very basic, so if you like to cook big gourmet dinners, bring your own serving platters, big pots/pans, water pitchers, wine glasses, blender etc. Most cups/plates are plastic, no crock pot, no pancake griddle. Appliances look nice. Ice maker produces enough ice to fill one cup every other hour, & microwave is impossible to figure out how to turn on. Other than the kitchen appliances & fixtures, the house is a gem. A/C works well!”
