“Great location! The home is too full of uncomfortable and unneeded furniture...no room for toys, coolers, etc. The downstairs fridge does not work. Gate needs repairing/replacing. There are water leaks in master bathroom and bedroom...floors and dresser stay wet because of this. Downstairs apartment needs updating. It smells musty and the window unit does not cool enough or remove the humidity. I would stay at this house again.”

“It is a nice place, well decorated and in a quiet location. A stone throw away from beach. As most beach houses it is heavily used and a lot of broken and fixed things. A chair was broken and fixed with a broken part. Outside fan is heavily rusted and would not work. Vents were leaking water. I struggled to give it 3 stars because I wanted to give it 4. I just felt the price for house is little over priced. For a week, I would not rent this again unless it was under 2500. Walls paper thin, and no actual doors existed. They had those doors that had sidings but people could STILL LOOK in. Real doors needed especially when you have razor thin walls.”

“I have booked with Ryson for quite a long time and this property was not like most. Upon arrival we were not sent the check in email I received it upon check out. My husband had to go directly to the office to get info. Additionally, the property was not cleaned properly. The downstairs room had a horrible odor and was inhabitable. My party and I all had to stay upstairs where the doors did not close properly. Some of the furniture was broken. The fridge did not close properly. The couches were stained. The house was not inspected after cleaning. There was no cleaning tools like a broom. There was a broken vacuum. I'm very disappointed in the amount of money I spent on this rental and had absolutely no relaxation. We are local and have been out of our house due to the winter storm so we were really looking forward to having a space to celebrate Easter with our kids. Some positives is that Ryson did send out a maintenance person to help with odor and broken bed.”
