“Before arriving I had to move from condo 945 to condo 1235 due to the air conditioning unit going out. My original condo 945 had a washer/dryer in it which I wanted and needed, but condo 1235 I was moved to did not and I was not aware of that beforehand. Ryson’s San Luis resort pictures show a game room with pool tables, shuffle board’s etc.. that are not for guest use. This game room must be rented out through San Luis resort for party events only in order to have access and not for everyday guest. I felt mislead by the pictures on the Ryson website after I attempted to have access to this game room. The shower rod in the stand up shower was so rusted, the hooks would not slid left to right with out 4-5 falling off every time. The tub also would not drain as you shower. A few days after arriving I had to drive back to the Ryson offices and change out my wrist bands that provide access to the resort because the resort changed the colors of the wrist bands during my stay. If I had not driven back to the Ryson offices to get them I was told I would have to wait till the next day for them to be delivered to me at the resort. That was an inconvenience. Other than the things mentioned above my visit to Galveston was fine, but I have had better experiences in the past.”

We stayed Our condo at The San Luis was exactly what we needed--and, had awesome views of the water! Can't wait to go back...and we will be calling Kritsy, at Ryson!”

“I brought a group of my employees to the San Luis and rented several units on the condo side. Two of my parties did not make it due to the inclement weather but those of us who did had a wonderful time!”

“In the middle is the perfect view of the beach and ocean. The room was decorated in a pretty blue. The bed was solid and comfortable. We had an assign parking place. The grocery store and Starbucks were close. The kitchen had a bottle opener and enough wine glasses for a party. We had a great time.”
