“This is our second year to stay in this exact unit and we love it! The view of the beach is great, it's close to both property pools, and we love the convenience of the washer/dryer and kitchen (pots/pans/dishes). This property is on a less-crowded end of the island and we can just walk right across the street to the beach. So much better than a hotel stay!”

“just recently stayed 3 nights at the Dawn with a party of 4…. it’s a 6 1/2 hour drive for us. The condo was clean could use a little updating and upkeep especially the balcony. Also i would like to recommend that you have more than 4 bath towels as well as better trash bags and provide more than 2. the balcony ocean view and s pool view where great …”
