“We stayed in Dawn 532 & that condo was excellent! It was spotless, had everything we needed, and was decorated so cute! The kitchen had every utensil and the laundry was a huge plus for me. The bed was very comfortable and the pull out was perfect for my 2 small kids (I wouldn't recommend an adult sleeping on it). The 2 pools were fantastic! I liked having 2 options. I also really appreciated the code and gated access into the apartment complex. Some cons for me, I wish there was a restroom near the pools. It was hard to drag my little ones up 3 flights back to the room. Also I loved the high ceilings and view from the 3rd floor, however, getting our luggage and groceries up there without an elevator was challenging. I was shocked the whole island, (including our pools) didnt open until 10am. That was hard for the kids since they got up early and had to wait so long to swim. Lastly, the ocean and beaches were not as impressive as the Gulf side beaches in Florida! The sand was gross and the water was brown. We only spent a few minutes at the water! If you are visiting for the pools and warm weather, this condo is perfect!”

“The unit was great! Just steps away from the beach. Ryson staff were very helpful and friendly. They had all the supplies needed for a trip to the beach. We will definitely be back.”
