“We love the location of The Dawn Condominiums and the convenience of the beach! There are two nice swimming pools to enjoy. The 2-bedroom 2 bath condo we stayed in was perfect for our family of 6. Our grandson loved sleeping on the air mattress that was provided. This was our 3rd year at The Dawn Condominiums and we're planning our visit for next year.”

“Perfect getaway for a family vacation. Our unit was clean and beautiful! The pools were very nice and very well maintained. Location is perfect; quick walk to the beach and shops/restaurants close by. Would definitely recommend!”

“Overall the stay was pleasant. The unit and property was very clean and organized. If I was to make any suggestions it would be that if would of been great to have a few beach towels. And maybe provide the basic kitchen items, such as sugar, salt and pepper and so forth. But the sleeper sofa was extremely comfy, unlike most and we had a very nice time. Would stay here again for sure. The location could not be any better! And heated pool and hot tube was enjoyable.”
