“Best getaway ever! Swimming, kayaking, hot tub, super-sunny days tempered by the palapa in the swimming pool area. My group had so much fun - breakfast on the deck, outdoor kitchen area for afternoon burger fest, then Italian feast in the well-appointed large kitchen. (Followed by a couple of adult bevs!) Livin' the Dream owners have thought of everything for fun, laughter filled, sweet memories for years to come. Thank you Livin' the Dream!!”

“Livin' the Dream is the perfect beach vacation rental. When you think of everything you could possibly want from a rental, your expectations will be exceeded. From the moment we arrived, the experience was wonderful. The house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The bottom level by the pool is super neat. We sat in the hot tub at night overlooking the water. The swings were a lot of fun to swing on. There is a garage type door that opens up to another entertaining area. There are several decks on the different levels of the house that allow you to have your coffee or wine and enjoy the beautiful views. Our group found the beds to be very comfortable. The kitchen area is set up for large groups and had plenty of seating. The kitchen had everything we needed. My family and I rent vacation rentals a lot and this by far was the best place we have ever stayed. The house is even better than what the pictures portray.”

“This was hands down the nicest beach house we have ever stayed at! The grounds are beautiful and the owners have thought of everything to make this the perfect "entertaining" getaway. During our stay we went to the beach, the Strand, and a few other Galveston attractions. However, in my opinion, you don't have to leave this luxurious rental because it has everything. When you first arrive you will be pleasantly surprised with the ground floor. The pool and spa are AMAZING. You can sit in the pool and enjoy the fact that you are on the water. The GIANT chair is too cool and everyone in your party will enjoy the swings hanging from the rafters. The bottom floor is perfect for hanging out with friends. It has a garage style door that is reminiscent of an ice house. The second floor has a large amount of decking to sit out on at night, enjoy the breeze, and the beauty of the area. The inside is just as impressive as the outside. The second floor has a bedroom, kitchen/ living room area that is perfect for hosting friends and family. We had a girls weekend and had a blast staying up late around the large kitchen table playing games. Did I mention that the owners have thought of everything and have a large assortment of fun games! The upstairs has 6 bedrooms that have plenty of space to accommodate several families. The beds were so comfortable and the linens/ towels were of top notch quality. I have stayed at beach houses in the past that skimp on details like quality bedding/beds, decor. This place reminds me of the 4 and 5 star hotels that we stay in while we are traveling. After I returned from this relaxing, fun get away, I told my husband I wanted to go back and tell all of my friends and family about this wonderful place. I love that we can have a few other couples rent the house and there will be plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. I also love that the house has something for all ages!!!! If you are looking for a luxurious, cool place that is perfect for entertaining, Livin'; the Dream is the place. This is one of those beach houses that you don't understand how AWESOME it is, until you see for yourself. We had such a great time and will definitely be back!!!”
