“Ryson made this rental process simple! Heads up, this part of the beach can be accessed by vehicle by the public. Those with small kids may want to consider a different property where cars are not able to drive as it does become a parking lot/street. This property does need some updates/repairs (full bottom bunk mattress needs replacement, 2 rooms get very hot, repairs to the deck chairs & lighting). Overall, it was a beautiful home and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need! We had plenty of space for our large group of 13.”

“The house was really nice. However the bottom bedroom flooded during a heavy rain. And we didn’t have a working bbq pit. The picture showed 2. so we had to go buy one”
