“After working 100 hour work weeks in my Fire Dept job, we rented this house for my 60th Birthday party. We had family coming in from all over the state. We arrived Friday afternoon and loaded up refrigerator in the kitchen. There was also a small refrigerator in the dining area. We thought it was just and extra one. Well later that evening, it was discovered that the main refrigerator was not working properly and the display on the front of the refrigerator was displaying error codes for the refrigerator. It was also discovered that the freezer door would not close properly and would stay open. We had to remove every thing out of this refrigerator and pack the other refrigerator and some coolers. We also found the Hot Tub water was not clear and did not look inviting. I called Ryson the next morning around 8:30 to report our problems. I had to leave a voicemail. At 10:30, I still had not heard back from anybody, so I called again and a lady answered. I told her the problems and she said she would turn it in the operations division. She said someone would contact us soon. We went to the beach at that time. When we came back from the beach at 4:30, I had not heard from anybody. I called the Ryson number again and the same lady answered. She was surprised nobody had contacted us. She transferred to another lady. This lady thought she had talked to me about the refrigerator. She knew nothing about the Hot Tub. I explained to her that I had not talked to her or anybody else at Ryson because nobody had call me that day. This lady said she would put the problems on the "Board" and get someone out. We left Monday morning at 10:00am and never heard from or saw anybody after talking to the lady Saturday night at 4:30. If the main refrigerator is broke and you put the little one in there for replacement, put a sign on the broke refrigerator and let people know ahead of time. Hate for someone to find out the way we did about it not working. Did not get to use the Hot Tub because of the water issue. The one other issue that was not your fault, was the couple renting the house next to ours fighting and cussing at each other outside for 2 days. Kinda hard to be outside and have to listen to that nonsense. Hopefully you use this information to improve yourself. If your going to charge top dollar, then provide top dollar service. “Beautiful home with an amazing deck. The home was clean, well maintained, and allowed ample room for six adults and several children. The spa was an added plus (also clean and well maintained). Location is perfect, close to the beach, grocery store, and local restaurants. We will be back again!”

“Very nice beach house. Plenty of room and the outdoor front porch is really nice. Air conditioning in two bedrooms needs adjustment, hot and unable to cool, thank goodness for the floor fans provided. Ice maker in refrigerator needs maintenance, barely drops ice. Also unit needs exterminator, three roaches showed up.”

I should have called him Friday night instead of Saturday but we expected the fridge to cool down. Anyway there was mice droppings in the coffee mug cabinet - gross. The downstairs bunk bed room had sugar ants crawling on the beds, stairs and floor. The decorative pillows on that bed also smelled like bad body odor. The hot tub was nasty and should have been drained and refilled because it was brown and had sand in it. I have a hot tub at my lake house and the water doesn’t look dirty like that. I rented this house for the bedrooms and location for my friends fishing trip and I wouldn’t stay there again.”
