“We stayed for 2 weeks with 3 adult children. The property was well located to beaches, shopping, restaurants and other amenities. This unit looks across the street onto the breach and ocean from one end of the lanai. Whales were occasionally seen in the distance. We could hear the surf during the night with the door to the lanai open (which could be any night almost). Because of proximity to the street there was some traffic noise toward morning if the door was open but it didn't bother us. One small negative was that the wifi was slow at peak periods, but was generally good early in the day. Also Natalie at Maui Condo and Car was very friendly, accommodating and helpful.”

“This condo was newly renovated and was the perfect size for 4 adults! It was right across from the beach and a short walk to cafes and restaurants. I would definately stay here again!”

“We couldn't ask for a better place to stay on Maui! The condo was extremely clean and quiet. We didn't believe anyone else was in the building because it was so quiet. The beach was right across the street and you could walk to so many places. There was plenty of room for a family not to be on top of each other. The sunset views from the lanai every night were incredible. We cannot wait to go back!”

“This location was absolutely PERFECT! Killer proximity to the beach....could see it from the deck, it was literally just accross the street. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and very modern which made it feel more like an upscale hotel with the cost of completely the opposite! I would recomend this unit and the group at Maui Condo and Car without hestitation, (both Jade and Tiffany were quick to respond prior to stay, during and after).”

“We stayed in F-201 for 6 nights in March 2012 and the suite was everything as shown in the video. Updated kitchen, spacious, very clean. Terrific view from the balcony and directly across the street from the beach. Barbeques available to cook on downstairs and a great pool a short walk away. Roomy condo with two bedrooms and two baths. We got lots of use out of the boards, tubes, chairs and umbrellas left in the closet. We highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again next time. The unit is one of the best in the complex as it is in a separate smaller building facing the beach and you don't feel you are in a large complex at all. You can often get a parking spot in a small lot just outside the building super close. We rented a car at the same time from Maui Condo & Car and it was great. Thanks, Maui Condo & Car.”

“The description of this condo is dead on. This is a fantastic place in a great location in Kehei! Litterally across the street from a great beach - Kam 2, and one block away from restaurants and shops. The condo is wondeful, great location, updated flooring, beds and kitchen. The Maui Banyan grounds are kept and have a very safe and tropical feel to it. Literally everything we needed was provided in the condo, aside from your own groceries obviously. Air conditioning and a wonderful lanai that overlooked the beach and ocean was also a plus. A perfect location. Highly recommended!”
