“We had a lovely time and the rental was perfect my husband and I and our 2 kids. It had everything we needed and was very well situated right across the street from the beach and close to coffee and good eating options. The facilities at the resort were also great (although my kids would have liked to be able to play with a ball in the pool). Would highly recommend.”

“The condo was in great condition, very convenient to restaurants and shops within walking distance. Kamoele Beach right across the street. I loved having my coffee in the morning on the porch.”

“This condo is beautiful. We actually booked F-103 downstairs as well for our family of 12. The finishes (countertops, faucets, appliances, hardware, decorations, linens, etc.) are new and clean. There was ample room for 6 people. Everything worked great. There are 3 separate doors to the balcony, which really sort of made it feel like we booked 2 separate rooms. The master/living room portion of the balcony has a great view of the beach/sunset. The other portion of the balcony has a nice view of the courtyard, which is very well kept.”

“We had a wonderful time on the island and we were very happy with the condo we rented at maui banyan. Unfortunately we locked the keys in the condo on the first day but the management company had someone open the door within the hour. I found the service from this company excellent and we would definitely stay in that condo again. Thank you.”

“The property is across the street from a great beach. I highly recommend this property to families. We had 8 in our party including 4 children (ages 1-12). We never felt cramped and the kids loved being able to walk to the beach each day. The rental is spacious, the kitchen is great and the location can't be beat. If you need a 5* hotel, don't rent here. If you want a resonably priced option with great space and a wonderful location, this is your property. I will definitely return. A special thanks to Julie who helped make sure we had everything we needed. The rental experience was great.”

“My family of 6 enjoyed the week-long stay here a lot. Two bathrooms made for easier logistics for the rush to get out for the day's activities. A/C and other appliances and utilities all worked great. Very clean place. Well cared for-No annoying little problems( e.g. broken door handles, no bathroom and kitchen exhaust fans) like I saw in a high rise condo on Oahu. Nice view of the beach from the lanai. 2nd floor location made for easy access to the nearby parking lot and to the beach across the street. Only had to resort to the parking garage once when the lot was full. Would consider this place if we ever manage to return.”
