“We stayed for 2 weeks with 3 adult children. The property was well located to beaches, shopping, restaurants and other amenities. This unit looks across the street onto the breach and ocean from one end of the lanai. Whales were occasionally seen in the distance. We could hear the surf during the night with the door to the lanai open (which could be any night almost). Because of proximity to the street there was some traffic noise toward morning if the door was open but it didn't bother us. One small negative was that the wifi was slow at peak periods, but was generally good early in the day. Also Natalie at Maui Condo and Car was very friendly, accommodating and helpful.”

“Maui Banyan is in a great spot in South Kihei, right across from Kamaole Beach II. We left our lanai door open and could hear the waves each night and each morning...just wonderful. Our unit was in the small bldg closest to the street, so we were literally just steps away from the beach. However,we could figure out how to get in the bldg at first, which was confusing, and there is no elevator. Also, in our unit, the main bedroom has frosted glass doors as one wall of the room, leading into the living room, and it is not private...they are see through. Other than that, we loved staying there and location is perfect! And Maui Condo and Car were fabulous to work with...Jeff and Natalie! Very, very helpful before and during our stay!”

“Our stay at the Maui Banyan F-201 was wonderful. The beautiful sunsets were just steps away from the building and we enjoyed them every evening. Our 5 children loved the pool and the public grilling area is right there. Perfect for cooking and watching the kids. There is also a private grilling area with picnic table in the courtyard below. We slept 7 very comfortably. There is a nice farmers market north of the condo that we visited often. Stores and restaurants are all within walking distance. We will definitely be back!”

“A very nice, comfortable apartment, that had everything you could want. Walk across the road to a lovely beach. Shops, restaurants etc all walking distance. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would go back in a heartbeat. Fantastic!!!”

“We had a 3 week vacation at this condo and it is as nice as shown in the is very clean and updated.Having a/c in living room and both bedrooms was a real plus,although you usually get a breeze and we did not have to use it very often.The view of the ocean is awesome,you are able to watch the sunset or the whales while relaxing on your lanai. I was concerned about how much road noise there would be as you are right next to the road but it was not as bothersome as I had anticipated.The beach supplies,chairs etc. was nice to have(would have been nice to have had a cooler supplied). Our only complaint was the bed was a bit to soft for our comfort,it is a very nice pillowtop mattress but does not have a boxspring so tends to sag from lack of support.”
