“When we got there, it was during a wind storm and a tree had blown across the road. We called and someone got there fairly quickly to check on us and got the tree removed so we could get to the cabin. We had stayed at Sweet Surrender before and absolutely loved it. We had a wonderful time in spite of lack of electricity for a few hours the first night. We will stay there again in the future.”

“I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!! Everything was absolutely perfect! the cabin is gorgeous, the staff was very friendly! it was like a dream!! I can't wait to visit again! hopefully it will be soon!! this was way better than staying in a hotel & about the same in cost. for the little bit extra you might pay instead of a hotel you can have an entire cabin to yourself, complete privacy & a lot of peace and quiet! it's very relaxing, I did not want to leave!!!!”

“We stayed at Sweet Surrender for a week. Everything about it was wonderful. When you look at things on the internet, you can't be sure you made the right decision and hope not to be disappointed. The cabin was even better than we anticipated it to be. My husband and I have been married for 23 years and have not been on a vaction by ourselves in about 10. This was the perfect way to spend time together. We loved every minute of it. The cabin was spotless. We loved the decor. The view from the hot tub was beautiful. We even got to meet the owner when we were leaving. She is an amazing woman who really cares about every little detail. We will definitely come back. This was a very special bonding time for my husband and me. Thanks to all who worked to make our vacation so special.”

“After the traffic and crowds in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge had us ready to seek relief anywhere, we found it at our rental in the hills! Quiet, a wonderful view, tastefully decorated and well furnished, we could have stayed for a month. We were sorry that we didn't allow more time at our cabin but we won't make that mistake the next time. Very satisfied with the whole rental experience. We'll be back!”
