“I've ordered a number of filters for my Berkey over the past ten years - name-brand and off-brand. The Aquacrest brand always provided me good results at a good price. However, the ones from water-filter.com do not appear to be genuine Aquacrest. The taste of the water is disgusting - it makes my well water taste like a chemical soup. The website's customer service was unresponsive to my request for a refund or return options.”
