“No issue with the water filter. Only issue was the connection between the flexible hose filter & filter when installed directly on the faucet. Flex adapter has bends due to weight of filter when installed directly on the faucet, even after ensuring tight connection between flex adapter & filter. I have to use two hoses to lay down the flex adapter & filter on the ground (did not leak after). A design flaw?”
