“The unit is very simple, clean and sleek looking which I love. It's very easy to use and it's rechargeable without having cords plugged in at all times. The handle is sturdy and makes it very easy to move the unit around. The only improvement I would like to see in future models is the noise and it's the reason I give it 4 stars. It's not too bad but I would love a quieter unit when it dispenses.”
“The product does exactly what it should, filters your water very thoroughly. The tank capacity is deceptively large. We use it for our ice maker as well for fresh, clean and cold water every time. The unit originally arrived and did not function properly, but after contacting support I was sent another one free of charge, almost the next day. Excellent service, great product, considering a second one.”
