“Twitter, our water filter system was easy online through the water drop website. It arrived within three days, which was great. Installation instructions were explained well along with the online video installation that we watched all the hoes were labelled and I like the fact that there’s markings on the water tubing to show how far each tube must be in installed into the fitting. The water drop system seems of high-quality Along with the conversion adaptor to our water pipe was chrome plated brass. We decided to go with a tankless system as in the past we’ve had a tank which required sterilization once a year and was difficult to work with so far since we’ve had a new system this past month at his work perfect, and provides ample water quickly. After doing much research online, very happy with our water drop system and we feel we made the right choice. Perfect for us.”

“It exceeded my expectations. Not only does my water taste better, but so does my coffee, tee, etc. I also have to add that I find myself drinking more water and I’m feeling better for it. I also installed it myself, I had to make a few modifications to the inside of my cupboard, but after that the actual install was pretty straightforward.”
