“I own a Waterdrop G2 Reverse Osmosis system. My family and I love this product and would recommend it! We have city water, which is safe but not very tasty. The G2MRO filter (with the remineralization filter!!) makes a noticeable improvement to the water’s taste. It’s also very easy to change the filters.”
“These filters work great when they actually work. The first time we needed to order a replacement, the water came out of the spigot in nothing more than a dribble. It was horrible and certainly NOT the way our first filters acted when we originally installed the unit.
It took me months of back-and-forth with Waterdrop's customer service to get them to understand that the issues was NOT our installation or water supply. While they did finally send a replacement (that worked fine....as it should have), it was not easy to deal with them. They sent a lot of canned responses without actually reading the emails to understand the issue.”
