I place the order Sunday morning, called the very next day, well within their 24 hr policy for cancellations and they stilled shipped the product to me. Then it took multiple emails to get a return label and refund which took 3 weeks. Logistics for this company is not on par with other e-commerce companies. Don’t expect your return to go smoothly when buying direct from their site.”
