Water does not taste as good as that from my 18 year old system.

I wish I purchase the RO unit 10 years ago instead of the Alkaline system. The RO puts it to shame. Better quality of water hands down.

Well. I hope it continues working as well as the other one from you guys. I’ll be buying a 3rd once I get the water system replaced in the next house.

We have purchased 3 of these filters and so far like them very much. They are far superior to the old system we had with the huge tank that kept malfunctioning. The water tastes great but is a little slow coming out of the spouts - otherwise, good product as far as we can tell.

Great system, easy to install. The water pressure is not great but probably as good as it gets with RO systems. I looked at a lot of competing systems before buying Waterdrop. Deciding factor was the space savings and POTENTIAL FOR LEAKS IN COMPETING SYSTEMS. Very happy with this purchase.

I am pretty happy with this filter system. my only concern was filtered water flow. It is slower than regular carbon filter system, but it is good enough for daily cooking or drinking.

After researching RO systems that would be easy to install and easily removed, the Waterdrop System has checked off all the boxes. As a military family the water quality in on base housing isn't the greatest. Especially when family members have metal sensitivities and allergies. We went from a 448 TDS to a 008 TDS reading after installing this system. Ph levels are a bit better with the system than without it, but only by a minute difference. It was easy to set up, follow the instructions and compact enough for under the sink. We did not drill any holes in the sink or counter top and merely replaced the faucet (it needed an upgrade anyway) and the system faucet fit perfectly in one of the three empty sink slots. The only thing we'll need to replace when we move out of one base housing is the small portion of PVC pipe. Which is a huge deal if you're renting or living on a military base. Now we are saving over $1200 per year from water delivery service with this new system set up. We have only had our system for roughly a month, but the ease and quality has been wonderful! We do expect to change our filters earlier than the suggested change dates as given by Waterdrop, due to the quality of the water here in on base housing. Overall, our family is happy to not buy spring water or have to pay for a water delivery service and lug around 5 gallon bottles. The water tastes, smells and looks great! Our family is very happy with this new system and look forward to bringing it with us to our next duty station.

We have only had it in place for a couple of days. but all seems to be working well. The plumber had never installed one of this kind before. He was impressed with the couplings, the ease of installation and the waste water ratio among other things.
