“I bought two pitchers with water filters. The pitchers are easy to handle. The water tastes off to me. I don't know how to describe it. Bottom line, I don't care for the taste. I've had better tasting water with other brands. I have so much on my plate right now that I don't know if I will send them back, yet I work hard for my money and don't want to waste it. I gave three stars because the pitchers are easy to handle and I like the color. To be fair I haven't talked with a customer service representative about this. I did ask customer service for a price match while waiting for my pitchers to be delivered and they replied right away that they would be happy to. I liked that experience with the customer service department. I'm not happy with this purchase.”
