“Waterdrop has failed miserably. I ordered this item on 5/31/21 and still have not received it as of 6/16/21. You shipped it part way by FEDEX then gave it to Smart-Post for delivery. FEDEX is unable to provide status of the order due to the way you shipped it. Furthermore Waterdrop will not answer the phone or return my telephone calls regarding the matter. You failed miserably.
