“Disappointed. I was getting a thank you gift for someone special who has gone out of their way. So it needed to have thought behind it, items she'd like. The get well soon was perfect as it contained flavours she loves - lemon, ginger, pistachio, Kawakawa, lemongrass. However 2 items were completely different flavours - chocolate was supposed to be pistachio and lemon, instead it was pineapple which she dislikes. The tea was meant to be lemongrass, ginger & Kawakawa but it was mint flavour - she hates mint. NOWHERE did it state (not clearly) that *actual items/flavours may differ than pictured. It should have.”

Kia ora Diana, We're sorry to hear you're disappointed. It's not our intention to mislead anyone — we always try to show several flavours in our photos (e.g. in this case, there are three different teas pictured) and would also mention if a product is a specific flavour. I have now updated the product description for our 'Get Well Soon Care Package' to clarify this further. Thanks so much for your feedback! We currently don't have the lemon grass tea and pistachio chocolate in stock because they were unavailable with suppliers before Christmas; hence, we had to replace them with different flavours at the same value.
