“I've ordered 3 times. Vanilla is by far my favourite. It has helped me replace meals I would usually skip in my job as a tattooist. The salted caramel end of stock was either gone off or not to my liking so I had to bin the full pouch.”

“I found whole sup to be average by all accounts, the taste and texture were smooth and acutely vanilla thought it was “thin” feeling more like a flavoured milk than milkshake and I was disappointed at the fact two scoops had to be added unlike a different brand being only one (making it not as compact if taking to have later) also I found the ziplock bag not very good at sealing others have a double zip lock system so if powder gets in the 1st zipper you don’t need to worry about possible spills. So for the price everything considered it really is nothing special.”

Your feedback on the texture being more reminiscent of flavored milk and the need for two scoops is invaluable and will help us as we look to improve our products.
Regarding the ziplock bag, we appreciate your suggestion about a better sealing system. Customer convenience is important to us, and we’ll be sure to pass your comments along to our packaging team. However I do know the packaging and specifically the seal has already been upgraded for our next stock delivery which we're hoping to get in by the end of Feb / possibly early March.
We strive to provide products that are both effective and easy to use, and your input is crucial in that process. We hope you'll consider giving us another try in the future!
