“If you have it as a breakfast or lunch it's excellent you don't feel hungry afterwards keeps energy up, the ziplock on the bags doesn't work though so have to use pegs to keep it closed”

“I bought vanilla flavour and I found it a little too sweet for my liking. It mixes ok by hand but I find it better to use a blender.
I'm lactose intolerant so was looking for a good vegetarian meal replacement drink but for some reason this still causes some gastro issues for me. Not sure which of the many ingredients it could be.”
