The previous review said that the partridges were smaller than expected but partridges don't vary much in size. The product description says they weigh approx 275g so if they weighed less, please let us know (an image of the product on a scale would be fine).
“The partridge ,which was beautifully packaged. was plump and juicy when cooked slowly in the oven with butter and onions. A sauce was made when the partridge was cooked with the juices and some cream. Delicious.”
