“The company itself is good, however i have had multiple issues with their carrier who delivers the products.
The actaul meats are of fabulous quality, however ive had 3 deliveries now where the drivers have left my parcel on a patio without knocking on the door, ringing the bell or otherwise making contact on drop-off, with 2 orders being utterly spoiled.
This has been raised and i hope its just my local delivery personnel.
The actual meat is really good quality and is of reasonable prices.”

“I've been purchasing meat from The Wild Meat Company for the last 3 years, since we found out about them. They have raised the bar so much that we struggle to find any meats that we enjoy as much as the free range gammon we get from them.”
“The choice of delivery agent is questionable. A specific delivery window sent, but did not arrive. Up to 6 emails and notifications that our package was on the way when in fact it was still in the depot. Wild meat did follow up once I made contact with several phone calls. Courier was arranged with delivery agent, DHL , who then did not turn up. Instructions given to supplier that I had chosen to have it delivered 4 days later was in fact a lie. Checking on tracking my Thursday delivery was postponed until the following Monday. These were replaced and sent to an alternative address using dpd. it is questionable if I use wild meat again.probably not . A cancelled dinner, waited at the time slot given for a few hours and then dhl lied on their tracing forms, many hours lost and following Up was a job in itself. Time wasting and inconvenience. There was no compensation from the company.”
We used two delivery agents - DHL and DPD. We have tried them all and they are all questionable, so we all have to live with their questionable service levels. All we can do is offer a refund or replacement. We replaced the failed delivery and tried to provide the best service by switching courier with the replacement. Compensation via a refund was the alternative. We get no compensation from the courier so the only loser from providing the refund/replacement is the Wild Meat Company - both financially and with bad reviews!
“To be honest was a little worad as delivery company was a day late in delivering package . However the game package was ok . We have only used 2 items so far the Venison Sausages are exilent , and the wife's review are that they are the best she has ever had , I agree, We then tried the mini roasts , again she loved them , I myself thought they were nice but the wild bore was a bit strong for me.
I have bought meat on line before ,but can say that the way this meat was packaged was perfect.”
