“Absolutely delicious! Bigger than I expected (only used 1 breast for our entrees instead of the planned 2) and the meat was simple and quick to cook and tasted great. Made grilled partridge breast on grilled polenta slices, with pear purée (couldn't resist the pun) and flambéed liqueur pear slices with lambs lettuce garnish. Bought the big pack (which is definitely value for money), so had the same on Boxing Day and the rest went in the freezer to enjoy later. Will definitely be buying these again. Highly recommended.”
