“We are on our second delivery of rabbit. It has always been excellently butchered. I put in the slowcooker with carrots and onions and a stock made with an oxo. Sometimes I thicken the gravy at the end with cornflour and a totter of water. The rabbit is always succulent and tender and so flavourful. We shall be ordering again.”
