“Beautiful meat. I took some of this and made a Venison Tartare just for me which was divine.
My family wouldn’t entertain this though (a step too far for them currently, maybe soon) so the rest was sliced thinly and stir fried briefly with peppers, mushrooms, onion and chilli with our usual blend of spices to make the venison variety of fillet steak fajitas.
The kids and my wife absolutely loved this.
