It took about 20+ minutes longer to cook than written in the recipe, but I always use a meat probe to check internal temperature and check if the juices run clear. I suggest you use those methods also rather than relying solely on the time given.
Nonetheless the bird was cooked through, was tender and overall a delicious treat. Highly recommended, especially for special occasions and when you want to treat yourself. You won't regret it!”
