“This looked lovely but your cooking instructions were way out. Covered the bird as instructed, took out after 2.15 mins to check the temperature and it was already 77degrees. Very over cooked and dry. I know you said to check the temperature but when your cooking instructions say 3 hours covered, 1 hour uncovered didn't expect it to be overcooked in 2hr 15mins. Will order again but will cook very differently.”
