“Delicious,easy to cook,instructions OK but would be helpful if some advice on keeping joint together when sealing. Carving very easy and quick cooking time and temperature made it very simple to roast other things at a higher temperature.”

We were two this year so enjoyed a Christmas meal with gravy accompanied by red cabbage in cranberry sauce etc roastec root vege and sprouts with chestnuts bacon and cream! we had enough leftovers to make a deicious casserole for twelth night!”
