“Versatile and very good quality birds. Roasting or in casserole, keep it simple would be my advice and avoid bacon wraps as it will spoil the delicate flavour of the quail.”
“Have to say that it’s been several years since I had Quail . These would be sent from a famous store in London When they stopped deliver we stopped eating quail , but I have to say the quail from wild meat company are spot on . Perfect delivery service well packed and very fresh . Taste delicious but have 2 birds if you have a big appetite . Highly recommend have used this company for game over Xmas . and will do again .
