“The service is excellent and the meat is very well packed and presented to ensure the best experience for cooking. The flavour of the supremes was equal to a 5* fine dining. The little instruction booklet helped. We had Guinea Fowl breast at Fonab Castle Hotel a few weeks ago and I wanted to replicate it, though we like game I had never cooked this previously. I ordered 6, tried 2 fresh and froze the other 4 and the slowly defrosted frozen meat was as scrumptious as the fresh. My guests commented that it was equal to the former gastro experience from the kitchen of a top class chef. It reminds me of chicken from Wigan market my mum used to cook in the 1960s. Quality! Will definitely order from Wild Meat company again and it’s great they are helping with food poverty.”
