We are disappointed with the images of the chicken, which looks well below the quality standards we set. It is a shame that you did not contact us direct with the images when the order arrived as we would have taken immediate action. Nonetheless we will talk to our supplier and our pickers/packers about how this product was not picked up by our quality control process.
“There are chickens that taste OK - and then there are the Sutton Hoo free range chickens that taste of "real chicken" and how chicken used to taste years ago....a wonderful Sunday roast and then cold the next day in salad etc. Goes a long way and I fully recommend this chicken - excellent value and quality which is second to none.
