“Absolutely delicious meat. On the bone adds a lot more flavour. This meat is delicious in a stew. Some people from the Caribbean also enjoy currying this meat and cooking it slowly.”

A quality assessment on this product is hard to measure. As we explain in the product description: "Our diced goat included everything, including bone, gristle and fat....... As the cubes are diced from a whole goat, the meat content is relatively low." We think this description is fair.
We are not sure why the fat content should be higher in your second delivery, but fat is a significant component of this product and helps make a good curry or casserole.
