I am afraid it was sinewy and tough as old boots.From my years of experience eating wild meat and way the meat shrunk off the bone say it was a very old animal. With the second joint I took no chances and pressure cooked it.
You did very fairly credit half the cost. I wish I could speak well of the experience but I am sure you would rather know the truth.”
