“First time ordering from the Wild Meat Company and the goose was one of the best we've ever had.
The only slight problem we had was I'd asked for the goose to be delivered on the 23rd and I did receive an email from the delivery company on that date which said it would be delivered that day, however they then sent an email to say delivery was delayed by 24 hours and so it wasn't delivered until 24th. I know this was down to DHL and not the Wild Meat Co but it was just a bit worrying - my partner actually went out to buy an alternative in case the goose didn't arrive, but fortunately it did. Despite this, I would order again as the goose was so delicious, very tasty and succulent.

“I had bought frozen goose, from the supermarket, for years. Three years ago we decided to try a fresh one. We chose the wild meat company, one because my daughter have bought and enjoyed other meats from them but also it was the best value.
I have got to say this was the best tasting goose we had ever tasted and because of this we have bought a goose every year since and have never been disappointed. We will be buying one again this year.”
“After realising it would be a quiet Christmas and not being a big fan of turkey I decided to try goose as my first attempt at making Christmas dinner. I have only cooked a roast dinner a few times so I was really nervous about cooking goose, I spent days pouring over recipes and advice. I didn't need to worry as it was easy to cook, although a little labour intensive with the constant need to drain the fat, and it tasted delicious. Goose has been requested for all future Christmas dinners. The fat made lovely roast potatoes and I had so much left over that everyone got a jar of fat as a post Christmas gift lol.”

I ordered a goose from you for to have after Christmas it was delivered on Thursday 22nd December as the email invoice stated.
I would like to say the goose was absolutely delicious when I roasted according your cooking instructions and the addition of the giblets I made a gravy and also made some goose roast potatoes with some of the goose fat.
My father, brother and I enjoyed the goose, the leftovers- not much, I made some a goose broth. Finally I would say "Thank You" to everyone who is involved the company and would recommend them to my friends and family.”
