“This is my 3rd order of these. I ordered 2 x pieces. One I cooked for my son was perfect. the one for me less so I am afraid. It contained 23 x bones (which I removed with tweezers and photographed before cooking) which rather spoilt the aesthetic of the trout and there were still a few remaining after cooking. of course it's a fish and one might expect to find a bone or 2...or 3 but I think 23 for a Fillet at a premium price point might be pushing it?!
As always the flavour and quality was otherwise perfect”
